Add default implementation to`ReactantTableViewCell`'s `setHighlighted` etc. methods.

This should be fully customizable with Configuration.

Do you think it would make sense to add also highlightedStyle and selectedStyle methods to be called from the setHighlighted... methods to style the cell? Or can you think of a better way?
