2018 mayor and D8 Supervisor:

@CalebKleppner @gngilbert are there other jurisdictions that use Sequoia that we should be looking at? It would be helpful to get a sense of how much variation there is in the ballot image format.
The only others that I think use it are the Alameda County cities. We can look at those and I think they will have downloadable CVRs as well.

Is this redundant with one of the other "support X format" issues?
