[BE] Prepare end-points to delete auto test users

as we have https://github.com/Brain-up/auto-tests-python/issues/32

  1. delete all users with emails start "autotest_N@.."
  2. delete user by email from input, it should start "autotest_N@.."

do not delete this "[email protected]" "[email protected]"
