Add "Hide Predict on Voted/Flagged" setting
As per discord suggestion, hides the right-click predict option after voting or flagging the player, like a more extreme color on flagged.
More testing required, hence the draft.
NoBotsNoMore here, The intention was to remove those entries entirely (which would shorten up the right-click player list). So, those marked in red for example in the image above would be deleted/ hidden from the list IF flagged so the list itself could shorten, and if that's even possible. Just trying to clarify after reading your description.
Yeah I got it working on this branch, but I still need to review and test it a bit more to make sure I didn't break anything, as I ended up rewriting a good chunk of the right-click menu handling.
