Importing notes from OneNote

It would be great to have an importer to grab the notes created using Microsoft OneNote, at least the textual content of those. OneNote 'sections' can be imported to BoostNote 'folders', and 'pages' to 'notes'.

Definitely nice to have. We are going to implement migrations from other note/document apps too.
