Bug - New position using the Brackets TP, SL feature, the clientId is set to None

Hi,

Description: When opening a new position using the Brackets TP, SL feature, the clientId is set to None. However, if Brackets are not used, a clientId is assigned.

Without a clientId, I cannot determine the parent position for TP, SL orders.
