Suggest callback function to "bm.wait_until addon_is_turned_off"

Description: I propose adding a callback function to "bm.wait_until_addon_is_turned_off" to perform necessary object cleanup.

Specifically, I'd like to close the socket when the addon is unchecked in the Configure add-on settings.
