Method to provide better discoverability of orphaned pages/chapters (where parent is not visible)
Describe the Bug
With the current features, I can make a single page within a book or chapter publicly accessible, but when on my Bookstack public page, there's not a way (that I can tell) to view publicly available pages. In the Upper right-hand corner, there's a link for Shelves and Books, but not a link to view Public Chapters or Pages. I currently have a page within a book on a shelf that is public, but the only way I can get to it is by either going to the direct URL or clicking on the link in the Recently Updated Pages section on the left of the home page.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to a page within a book and make a minor edit and then save the page (or create a new page in a book)
- While viewing the page, click on permissions
- Click the Override permissions for role dropdown, select Public, check the box next to View, and click on Save Permissions
- Log out or open a private browser and navigate to the publicly accessible site
- The recently edited (or created) page will show here on the left-hand side under Recently Updated Pages
Expected Behaviour
I would expect there to be a section somewhere within the GUI that lists publicly accessible pages. Maybe this section would only show pages that have been made publicly accessible while the rest of the book or shelf has not been.

Thanks @richamc01, I've updated this to a feature request since this wasn't really a bug in current functionality, and updated the title to cover the wider scenario since this won't apply to just public content.
