Make outdated Content Comments reference last up-to-date revision

When a Content Comment is referencing an outdated or deleted block, it should be possible to view the last revision where the comment reference was up to date with the content.
Describe the benefits this would bring to existing BookStack users
Currently, context is lost when a referenced block is edited or deleted. This feature helps users understand the context of a comment quicker without asking or searching through revisions.
Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?
No. If a user wants to view the comment in it's context, they have to search through the revisions of the page to find where the comment actually matched the content it's referencing. Even this is hard to do, since revision previews do not show the comments.
