Mark Revision of page as minor revision

Describe the feature you'd like

Some of our users would like to be able to mark a change as a minor revision, for fixing typos and such, so the version number of a page will only be incremented when substantial changes are made to a page.

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing BookStack users

This change would increase the readability of the revisions table of a page and keep the revision count low.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

The only other means I have found would be the unsupported "hack" https://www.bookstackapp.com/hacks/prune-revisions-command/ This way users would have to specify major changes in a changelog so the revisions table would only show these changes. I would really like to abstain from using a command that has so many warnings written all over it.
