Right to Left direction does not affect the footnote

Describe the Bug

When modifying the footnote, it is LTR and the strings are not translated. Those strings are not added to the Crowdin project.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a footnote.
2. In Edit mode, it's in LTR direction.
3. The strings are not translated.
4. The strings are not defined in Crowdin project.

Expected Behaviour

I expect the footnote edit environment to be in RTL direction and its strings to be translated in Farsi language.

Hey there @ssddanbrown I had forgotten that we were using an unsupported hack which is of course mentioned in the documents. However, I'd appreciate it if you share your ideas.

I'm going to go ahead and close this off due to being focused on an unsupported hack. Depending on exactly what part of the editing is being referenced, it may just require tweaking the hack to force the dir attribute on generated code/elements to ensure it's forced to a direction.
