Collapsible Block wont open after getting focused via href-Link

Describe the Bug

After creating a link to collapsible block within a page, clicking the link only leads to focusing the collapsible block instead of opening it as well. This occured with updating to Version 24.05.1 and ist still same in 24.05.2. With Version 24.02 this problem didn't occur. On a fresh install it's still the same. Following image is the result after clicking the link:

OS: SLES 15.5 Tested behaviour on Firefox, Chrome and Edge.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create new page with collapsible block and save.
2. Leave editor and doubleclick on collapsible-Element to copy URL.
3. Return to editor and link text-Element to just copied URL of the collapsible and save.
4. Leave editor and click linked text-Element.
5. Collapsible block gets focused, but doesn't open.

Expected Behaviour

After clicking a linked element leading to a collapsible block, the collapsible should open. Like it does after getting focused by TOC-Elements.
