Image Thumbnail does not update

Describe the Bug

When replacing an uploaded image, the image's thumbnail / preview doesn't get updated. Leading to confusing cases where a user updates an image but does not think it was updated or select an image and expecting another.

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a page
2. upload an image
3. replace this image with another image

Expected Behaviour

thumbnails of uploaded images to be updated when they have been replaced or changed.
