Unique formatting for new entries

Describe the feature you'd like

Loved bookstack and been using it company wide for over four months now.

We've found it rather hard to identify new entries or revisions to the platform. My hope is to see new entries and revisions highlighted in bold or certain formatting; or perhaps a notification dot.

This would be unique to each user.

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing BookStack users

This would help users identify if a document is recently revised and which documets are added, without going through the revision history. One can also see if a document has been revised since viewed last time.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

Apparently no.
