Desired Feature: Edit changelog note post Save.

After i have saved a change to a page and then realise i wanted to put a note in the change log currently i cannot do this.

Request for this via our support service (ticket 60) with added input:

The functionality is mainly needed for changes made due to a new software version – so all the users can see that this ( usually major) change was made due to the new version. Unfortunately – if one forgets to write the change reason in advance – you are “stuck” and have to redo it all again/ Also you will need to return to a previous version and therefore “spoil” the changes page (because it automatically mentions the “return back” in the page)

The last line is in reference to the auto-generate changelog message use when a revision is restored.
