propose a content change
Very often you might work on a page that has been created by someone else. Regarding on your team structure it might be not wanted that you just edit what someone else has done. So it would be great if you could work on an improvement and propose it to the original author, like you have pull requests in Github.
That would also presume that there is someone like an "original author" or "owner" of a page. There could also be other ways like proposing a change for 2 days before it is added automatically when no one refused it.
