[ISSUE] LWT not showing up

As stated in Release notes to 0.98, there should be a LWT topic available, but it's not. After a quick glance at the code, my guess is, that LWT is only populated if Homeassistant Discovery is switched on.

However, LWT is not a special HA feature and therefor should be populated regardless if using HA or not.

It does not seem to be connected to HA discovery but the problem is that the LWT message is not retained. Therefore you will only see it when you reboot the clock. If subscribe to the topic when the clock is online you won't know the device status until the device itself is rebooted.
