[FEATURE REQUEST] Expose Overlay as setting in MQTT (home assistant)

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I love the weather overlay, it's such a fun addition. I would love to sync them to the current weather via Home Assistant. I see it's a JSON property of apps, but I would love a global toggle like in the app.

Describe the solution / feature you'd like

A global, maybe API endpoint for setting the overlay on all apps. Just like in the app, but exposed to home assistant

If this and other JSON propeties should/will never have an API endpoint, what is the best way of setting this property on all apps? Thanks a lot :D
