Automated builds for desktop
Setup workflows through GitHub actions which automatically build the desktop versions and upload them to a release whenever a tag (beginning with the letter v, as all the current tags seem to be) is created.
I'm already working on this, just figured I would create a ticket for it so two people aren't working on it.
Apologies @Morpheus636 , bumping this to 1.10 so we can have more time to mess with it and test it.
I've been pretty busy and haven't had the time to mess with it recently. I'm happy to continue working on it when I have time, but if someone wants to work on it feel free.

I know, I just wanted to give you an update so you know I didn't fully abandon it. I should have some more time in a couple weeks when school is out for the summer to keep working on it.
