As a user of the Nexus platform, I want to have the ability to perform fulltext searches to enhance my experience in locating relevant information within the system. Previously, there was a fulltext search feature that was removed, possibly due to issues with result relevance. However, it has been identified as an essential functionality,

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] Implement fulltext search functionality.
• [ ] Ensure that the search covers a wide range of resource types for a comprehensive user experience.
