Vulnerability on send email forms in Blogengine

Hi

I got a notice from my hosting company Looks like the email forms are vulnerable to spam bot attacks?

Message from the hosting provider Spam bots are trying to abuse the registration form on the site in order to send spam. The result is that we are being blocked by other mail providers because people who received the registration confirmation emails reported them as spam. Protect the registration form with a captcha or similar anti-spam measure.

I have changed smtp host name on my blog to use an *.invalid address
