Tor_v3 setup in LinodeStandup.sh failing

Lines 206 to 212 not making it to /etc/tor/torrc thus v3 setup incomplete thus /var/lib/tor/standup/hostname not populated and thus standup.uri is incomplete, missing the hs_hostname.
