pings server correctly but nothing else happens

just installed MB 3.6.9403 and the subsonic plugin 3.2.1

configuration works okay and I can ping the server from there "responded normally" - I'm running Navidrome on a Synology NAS via Docker and this otherwise works fine, I can log in from the web app, and I have several mobile devices with client apps on all working fine

but after configuration and pinging the server, nothing else happens. no library scan, nothing gets imported, just nothing happens other than pinging the server and it responds. I've restarted a bunch but MB remains completely empty I've checked the error log and that's completely empty as well is there a step I'm missing? I don't see what's wrong at all

If all goes well, you should see a "Subsonic" entry in the list of drives in MusicBee. Selecting that, should give you the contents, either by Tags or by Directories, depending on what option you selected in the plugin settings.
