Not working when you refrence in Razor Class Library

Hi Dears,

I try Blazored.SessionStorage in my RCL (Razor Class Library) , I find that not working in RCL and get an exception. So I root-caused it and fix the bug by adding a window before sessionStorage.

  • Update BrowserStorageProvider.cs
