[Feature Request] Common Interface between ILocalStorageService and ISessionStorageService

Problem I am trying to develop a common base class for the browser storage from which I will have inherit my own local and session storage services. The blazored service will be passed to the base storage. This does not work currently since the different services implement their own interfaces, even when they are identical.

Solution Have a common interface IBrowserStorageService, which is inherited by ILocalStorageService and ISessionStorageService.
