Store TimeSpan Value as Incorrect format in local Storage

Describe the bug I have some models that keep Durations as TimeSpan And Blazored localeStorage JsonConverter Thats not correctly serialize TimeSpan to Json I dont know what and when this happends :| But thats save TimeSpan of : "00:08:00" as "00:08:00:"

This is still an issue. Additionally, the negative sign is dropped causing issues with deserialization.
