Add Authors Collection

With more folks contributing content to the site, it would be good to have an authors page where you can see their bio, photo, and links to github and social, as well as a list of the articles they've contributed.

pages should be in /authors/<AUTHOR.md>

and should have the format similar to this.

Our opensource team will be contributing to render engine and there may be a concerted effort to build that feature as a plugin for render-engine.

I put this on hold as I wonder how we would come about getting this information.

I would like to see this but it is a code challenge that I think is more involved in anything we're doing currently.
