Allow the UI to enter a passphrase when using a key file during remote execution

When a user executes a remote job by providing a SSH Key file and the SSH key file is encrypted using a passphrase, the remote execution fails.

Need the Remote Execution window to accept the passphrase and pass it while doing SCP.
