The date and time of reception is affected by environment variables.

If you receive a message with the environment variable TZ set to Asia/Tokyo, the received date and time will be displayed in the GMT time zone. Example: The message received at 15:03 is displayed as 2022/03/04 6:03:08. The correct answer is 2022/03/04 15:03:08.
