Summary

Ground scrolling in levels when using a vehicle where the camera follows the vehicle is very jittery and glitchy, and seems to not sync up with the background scrolling. It also causes graph monitors to become graphically glitched.

Steps to reproduce

Load up a level with scrolling that involves a vehicle. Start moving at a low speed to see the jittering.
