Add guidance around what happens if a channel is closed

We currently do not have any guidance around what to do if a channel, for whatever reason, is closed in our Daily Spending Wallet reference design and the user needs to deal with an on-chain balance.

Below is how Breez deals with this, I'd suggest something very similar.

Something we could explore is having users set addresses the channels bitcoin would close into to rather than the daily spending wallet. This could be their hardware wallet or something.
