Link to the page new page for How it works > Payjoin that covers both BIP-78 and the new payjoin v2 along with other UX stuff

Additional context

We already have a payjoin case study. But it was written 2+ years ago, and wasn't very close to a how-it-works page. Since then we have a new payjoin v2 for async payjoin along with lots of attention from bdk, payjoin dev kit, Bull and now Cake wallet rolling out implementations. It seems like a good time to do this page!

This content will emerge out of experience of payjoin UX in the industry as well as our engagements with them to understand and tackle UX challenges faced! I expect to be able to work on this...
