Review guidance around descriptor and multi-sig wallet config backup

This came up in #1043 (see comment). Do we have clear guidance how this data should be backed up (cloud, manual, etc)?

I'd suggest looking at how bitkey or Casa do it...bitkey allows users to manually download such a file along with good communication regarding the sensitive nature of the information.
