Slack API update

Hey,

You have made exactly what I was looking for! (I have a bunch of researchers in slack team and they keep asking to change what needs monitoring)

I tried to launch a fork of your code it seam to be running i get the Watcherizer is up! 🎉 message, however whenever I try to run a slash command I get errors like dispatch_failed or dispatch unknown_error am I misconfiguring it or has the updated bot permission management broken this tool? If so, any plans on updating it?
