Why is there no proteomic data available in the CPTAC project?

Here is the feedback result obtained using the getProjectSummary function. Why is there no proteomic data available? Is it because TCGAbiolinks only provides data from GDC and cannot link to PDC? However, the article at https://www.cell.com/cancer-cell/fulltext/S1535-6108(23)00219-2 mentions that TCGAbiolinks can provide this. I'm confused. image
