Timeout in tests

Hi @LTLA ,

Basilik is currently timing out in both release and devel on the BioC build system (http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/release/bioc-LATEST/basilisk/).

This is preventing the propagation of the Mac binaries for all the packages that depend on basilisk. Any chance you could move the tests to the BBS longtests, so the mac binaries can become available?

Let's see if 1.13.1 works. I only moved one of the tests; the others are more critical and should be run routinely.
