Fix parallel export to ParaView
- Failing Sonar cloud is no issue here. PV test's currently not part of Coverage tracking
- ~Not clear if there's some stochasticity in the tests yet.~
- ~For macOS the fix seems to work fine~
- ~For Ubuntu the fix does not seem to work:~

-> issue was related to OMP_NUM_THREADS=2, resolved in https://github.com/BioDynaMo/biodynamo/pull/286/commits/9c59af23d090839d63b2bec15b8d2fdf81249e1e
