Collection of items & characters does not show in game at all.

I am new to Project Diablo 2 so my apologies if i am misunderstanding some crucial steps. This collection of items and characters does not show in the game for me at all.

I am playing in single-player with Plugy (run as admin) and i followed the installation instructions as is written on this github. I tried browsing through all the countless pages of the stash/shared stash and it is all empty.

I assume that i have done something wrong but despite trying several reinstals its always the same problem/result. If anyone can please help that would be great.
