That's the exact error I have in my PlugY.log
This is a completely fresh install, here's my install flow: Fresh install Diablo 2 > install PD2 > run game / get all updates > repeat run game several times just to be sure fully updated > download and install this PlugY
I tried googling and I can't find a single thing on this.
Getting similar issue with my fresh install as well. Try re-installing to no luck. Originally got this error connected to issue #5
Getting "Error: Read access missing to patch memory at 6FB6DEF7. An option in PlugY.ini is incompatible with another mod." when i try to launch PlugY after updating PD2 to season 10.
And then after Disabling "ActiveShiftClickLimit", I now get the above error.

I put -Plugy in my parameters and I was able to get going.

I just changed ActiveNewStatsInterface=1 to 0 and was able to run PlugY.exe, don't know if this will affect the game or not

I needed BOTH:
- ActiveShiftClickLimit=0
- ActiveNewStatsInterface=0
