Error when run BestModel-DiscreteSpectrumExample.ipynb

HI, When I run BestModel-DiscreteSpectrumExample.ipynb with jupyter ,I get Error like this : UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0x89 in position 0: invalid start byte

It happened when I run notebookfns.notebookfns(errors, range(0,16)) I think that could have some relationships with the version of the python package, like numpy, matplotlib. So, could you give a list about the package's version?
