Property BorderStyle not working?

In Lazarus 1.8.4 I have a THtmlViewer on a TPageControl. I set the property BorderStyle to htSingle but the THtmlViewer does not show a border. Also the value htFocused is not working. Is this a bug?

Tested in Win10 using Lazarus 2.0.10 and BorderStyle seems to be working.
