@BONNe This might be possible with a variation of Boxed's generator and WorldGeneratorAPI. I don't know about Nether and End yet with that, but overworld could be done. For Boxed I actually make two worlds - the playing world and a copy with the same seed that is used when you reset (it copies the blocks from one world to another). It could world pretty well I think. The structures, strongholds, etc. could be done. If I get some time I'll experiment.

The latest release in develop has better generation.
