Description Players can use is sethome <name> to set the home, and can use is go <name> to go home. It is hoped that a placeholder, %[gamemode]_island_home_<count>%, can be added to obtain the name of each home.

Placeholder: %[gamemode]_island_home_<count>% count: 1 - max If there is no home name corresponding to the count, return an empty string.
