Describe the solution you'd like.

I would like to be able to choose how much the number of blocks mined increases with a permission system. Example, the player has the "lifetime2" permission so he will gain +2 by breaking his oneblock. Without this permission he will gain +1.

otherwise via an order by determining a duration /obadmin setlifetime 2 1h
