I want to display to player island info with holograms

Describe the solution you'd like.

I would appreciate, if it would be possible to add switchable island hologram which one will be created with island creation and player can use something like /ob hologram on/off it would be working like any hologram u can create and will be configurable what we want inside of it like Phase, blocks, name of island, name of island owner and so on..
