Ability to toggle passive + hostile mobs (2 settings) per player/island

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I think it'd be cool to allow players to toggle on/off mob spawning from their oneblock. Instead of a setting to do it entirely, make it two settings - passive and hostile.

2x new icons in the /ob settings menu.
