Updated to v0.0.6, added config support

This release adding configurration support to this application. Config file is in NativeDisplayBrightness.app/Contents/Resources/config.json

More information about configuraion in ReadMe and in config file.

No more changes (GUI, icon, etc.), only flexible config added.
