last character parsing issue

Hi!

When ParGenes reads user-provided files, the last character in the file disappears if not followed by a new line characters.

For example, if the last line msa3.fasta --model partition3.part in a partition file is not followed with an empty line, then msa3.fasta will be identified as invalid because partition3.par does not exist.
