Zheng_PNAS2012: measurements matches simulation

The measurements and simulation are almost identical.

Comparing the data [1] and simulation [2] from the original benchmark collection.

• [1] seems to correspond with the data and simulated data in our PEtab problem
• [1] contains the same standard deviation values everywhere... probably the estimated sigma in our PEtab problem
• [2] contains negative values...

Zheng_PNAS2012_simulated_w_nominal_values.csv Also, [2] is different from what I get when simulating with nominal values from parameter table
