fix: replace .onEnd -> .onTouchesUp in Canvas.tsx

Changes

Motivation:

  • onEnd not work in ios, when tap in canvas
  • I found reason that onChange not work in ios, when tap in canvas

Modifications:

  • replace .onEnd -> .onTouchesUp in Canvas.tsx
